Rescue Creek on the Move
Yellowstone National Park
On my last morning in Yellowstone we spotted 7 members of the Rescue Creek Pack bedded down in a field surprising close-ish to the road! After waiting for around 20 minutes for the sun to rise in below zero temperatures the wolves woke up, stretched and began to travel. The alpha pair led the way for the other five who followed along. This is a composite of 7 images since the wolves were spread out over about a quarter mile.
